Caravanserai - The Santana Tribute, established November 1997, is a Bay Area tribute band that meticulously re-enacts a wide repertoire of Santana material, including well-known hits as well as more obscure B-sides that never made the charts. Leo Herrera does the honors on guitar, while a full band including horn section completes the Latin rock sound. San Jose Metro declared Caravanserai the top Santana tribute, writing: "Caravanserai certainly stands at the top of the Santana tribute list... Leo Herrera does the honors on guitar, while a full band including horn section completes the Latin rock sound we've come to know and love." The band has performed at major events across California including the Foster City Oktoberfest and various concerts in the park.
